Photographer Rules
Respect the Models
Above all, treat every model with utmost respect. Their hard work and professionalism deserve your appreciation at all times.
No Physical Contact
Never touch the models. Direct them with clear verbal instructions to adjust their post, position or expression. Any physical contact is strictly prohibited and may result in a permanent ban from our group
Honor the Model's Comfort
If a model expresses discomfort with a particular pose or concept, respect her boundaries immediately. Do not pressure or demean her for setting limits.
Use the Allure Model Release Only
We require all models to sign the Allure model release at our shoots. This non-commercial release is designed to protect both the model and the photographer. If you need images beyond this agreement, consider booking the model for a separate session.
Adhere to the Allure Model Release Terms
Familiarize yourself with the Allure model release and strictly follow its guidelines. Non-compliance may lead to a permanent ban from the group.
Provide Edited Images to Models
You are expected to deliver at least two edited images to each model you work with, though more are encouraged. Some photographers prefer to share all unedited images, allowing the model to select which ones she'd like edited.
Booking Models for Personal Shoots
Feel free to approach a model for private shoots. Most of our models expect monetary compensation, given the extensive development of their portfolios, and typically do not engage in "trade for images" shoots.
Respect Your Fellow Photographers
In group settings, you will often share shooting time with 2 to 4 other photographers. Cooperate and collaborate to ensure everyone enjoys the session and captures excellent images.
